The Superintendent is responsible for driving field excellence across all projects by supporting crews, enforcing quality standards, and improving productivity. This role focuses on people—not projects—working directly with foremen and painters to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. The Superintendent conducts jobsite inspections, leads training and coaching, supports pre-start and progress meetings, and identifies opportunities to improve quality, reduce costs, and protect margins.
